IRC 2024 – Sourdough congress

Please select your type of ticket. You can stay in a single or double occupied room.

Attention: the 25 first bookings receive a free track experience at the Francorchamps F1 track (value 450eur) ! A limited number of additional track experiences can be booked exclusively by participants to the event.

Important!

• All program details will be mentioned in the email confirmation you receive after successful payment.
• Upon arrival to the Brussels Airport you can use the free airport shuttle to the hotel. Guests arriving to other airports are invited to take an individual taxi to the Park Inn hotel Brussels Airport.
• Guests arriving by car, can leave their vehicle during the whole event and free of charge at the Brussels hotel. At the end of the congress week, we will transfer you back to either the departure hall at Brussels airport or the hotel parking.
• To experience the full program you are expected to arrive Saturday 14/09/2024 latest 15:00hrs at the hotel to receive your event badge. Dinner will not be served at the hotel. 

Brussels city centre will organise a car-free event, and will be impossible to reach by individual car.

• During registration you will be required to inform us about your names, date of birth, arrival and departure timings as well as important personal needs
• Pre/Post event stays can be booked extra on an individual base by sending us an email at [email protected] 

After accepting all terms you can choose to insure your participation fee for unexpected issues (read the separate insurance conditions).

Once all information provided, you can confirm the order and you will be redirected to the payment site. Your participation is only confirmed after the payment fully accepted.

You need to download and bring your printed to the IRC meeting in September.
